A two wheeler showroom had to be designed to provide maximum display area. The brief also required the building to be low maintenance and energy efficient.
A narrow frontage resulted in a multilevel display to maximize visibility. The wall were made of granite to reduce maintenance and reflect the local architecture character. Cavity walls and shaded openings reduce solar heat while cutouts and skylights serve to provide light and ventilation, reducing the energy demand.
Skylights and cutouts provide lighting and ventilation for all levels.
